Our packages can be successfully printed with various types of printing; one or two-sided, full-print, where the print covers the entire package or you can stay with the standard label. In this article, we want to introduce you to methods that are available and how to choose the best one.

SCREEN PRINTING

The first method we suggest is screen printing, which is a very old method of printing. The most important element of this method is a sieve through which the paint is pressed through with a doctor blade. Depending on the marked material and the selected logotype / print, screens of different density and appropriate types of paints are used. Thanks to the implementation of thousands of prints, we are able to choose the right type of paint and screen density to obtain a satisfactory effect.
Prints made with this method are durable - you can often find them on clothing, but also CDs, stickers and, of course, packaging :)
Our screen printing offer includes an overprint made in one color. On white or kraft packaging, we can choose from the PANTONE palette, and on black it is possible to print only in white.

HOT STAMPING

Another method in our offer is hot stamping. Heat and a special hot-stamping foil play an important role in this process. Thanks to the foil, it is possible to emboss patterns at high temperature, but we need a matrix to do this. The one we use for hot-stamping is of the highest quality - brass, deeply milled. After removing the matrix, a pattern corresponding to its shape remains on the material.
Hot-stamping is a dry method. Thanks to this, it is simple and also more environmentally friendly, it does not require e.g. mixing paints. This allows you to be sure that the obtained effect will be exactly as you would expect.
This method is used for decorative prints. It is often visible on exclusive products, e.g. cardboard packaging of expensive spirits or cosmetics. Most often we make prints in gold, silver and copper, but there are more color options.

ROTOGRAVURE - FULL PRINT

This method allows us to achieve the best and unique visual effects.
Rotogravure is a type of gravure printing, based on a rotating system, equipped with an immersion ink system. Rotogravure technology enables the production of prints of the highest quality and is perfect for reproducing multi-colored graphics. You can print on the whole package: front, back, bottom and sides. Also sealed elemements are ready to be printed on. This method requires pressure cylinder that is individual for every design.

LABELS

This is the least demanding marking method. Labels are printed on self-adhesive paper, which can be attached to the finished packaging. The printing on the labels is permanent, and thanks to the possibility of self-sticking, they leave almost unlimited possibilities of placing on the packaging. The advantage of the labels is undoubtedly the lead time, as well as the space required to store the ordered labels.

So, as you can see, each printing method we offer is tailored to individual needs and the planned budget. Remember that after the initial order, which should be submitted to the address: biuro@ttpack.com.pl, you should apply the graphic design on the appropriate grids, necessarily made in vector graphics, with fonts converted to curves.

To download graphic grids:
