HOT-STAMPING

also known as thermal printing, hot-print. The most important roles in this proces are played by heat, special matrix and a hot-stamping foil. The matrix we use for hot-stamping is high-quality - brass, deeply milled. After removing the matrix, a pattern of its shape remains on the material.

Hot-stamping is a dry method of printing. Thanks to this, it is simple and also more environmentally friendly, it does not require e.g. paint mixing. This way you can be certain that you obtain the exact result you expect. This method is most often used for ornamental prints with a gilding effect. It is often visible on luxurious products, e.g. cardboard packaging of expensive alcohols or cosmetics. We usally print in gold, silver and coppery but also other colors are available.
