RETURNS

Within 14 days of receiving the package, you can return the products without giving any reason. Please send the return package to us at the following address:

A completed return form should be attached to the package (download here: Return form). The package should be properly secured, the cost of return is covered by the customer on his own. Returns without a completed return form attached will not be considered. 

COMPLAINTS

If you receive defective products, you can submit a complaint. For this purpose, please inform the Customer Service Department about the situation. When contacting, please provide the number of products complained about and a description of the problem (photos). Then prepare the products for shipment, provide the dimensions and weight of the package and indicate the delivery address. A TTpack employee will order a courier to collect the defective packages.

A completed complaint form should be attached to the package (download here: Complaint form). Complaints without the form will be considered negative.

Your parcel will go straight to the Complaint Department. If the complaint is considered positively, TTpack will propose an appropriate solution / compensation. If the complaint is not approved, the returned products will be sent back to the pickup address, and TTpack company will charge logistic costs for collecting and sending back products for which the complaint has not been accepted.
