PACKAGING

  1. Are XYZ packages available at the moment?

Detailed information about the availability of packages can be found in our online store (https://www.ttpack.com.pl/). Above the "Add to cart" button there is the number of available sets.

  4. How many XYZ packages are in one set?

The number of packages included in the set is indicated in the product name in parentheses. Most often, packages are packed in 100, 250, 500 and 1000 pieces. This number may be different when the last incomplete set is in the warehouse (eg 180 pieces).

  7. Biodegradable packaging is made of PLA material and paper - what does this mean exactly?

PLA is a bioplastic made from plants (corn starch). It is an ecological version of packaging, which, despite incorrect disposal, will decompose about 100 times faster than packaging containing plastic. It takes 50-90 days to decompose in an industrial composter.

  8. How should the customer dispose of biodegradable (compostable) packaging?

The packaging should be put in a bio-waste container or mixed waste.

  9. What is the decomposition time of biodegradable packaging?

It depends - if the packaging goes to an industrial composter, it will take 50-90 days, depending on temperature, humidity and other factors. In home conditions, decomposition will take months or even years.

  10. Why is the new shade of Doypack different in other lots?

Another shade is due to that paper is natural material - it's really difficult keep the same hue of paper all time. We still trying to keep the same hue as long as possible - last time we had the same paper through all year. Unfortunately - sometimes we have to change (we know customers don't like it) because earlier hue isn't available on the market already.
